Cui Bono?

Corruption and malfeasance of the Florida Department of Transportation District 7 and Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will cost me and my family $57 million, the taxpayers over $60 million, and the public $5+ billion in excess delay and fuel consumption over the next 50+ years.
